I Built What I Knew Was Missing.

What drew me to this work wasn't one single moment but a pattern I couldn't ignore. I kept watching women who were high-functioning, capable, and managing everything hit a wall during fertility treatments, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery. They were returning to work and trying to perform as if nothing had changed inside them. What struck me every single time was how alone these women were, especially in environments where the expectation was to keep showing up at full capacity regardless of what they were going through.

I was working in executive leadership at the same time, and I could see the other side of it clearly. Companies were losing strong women and didn't fully understand why. Or they noticed too late. There was a significant gap between what women were actually experiencing and what support looked like in real life. Nobody was solving it in a way that respected both the emotional weight of the experience and the reality of the lives these women were living.

So I built what I knew was missing.

My own experience shapes everything about how I approach this work. I have lived through perinatal mental health challenges, pregnancy loss, and the complexity of parenting after loss, all while leading others. I know what it’s like to function on the outside while internally everything feels unstable. I know the particular loneliness of being someone who holds things together for everyone else and having very little language for what it feels like when you cannot hold it together yourself.

That experience changed how I listen and how I hear what someone is really saying versus what they are holding back. It made me very clear on what support should look like and what it should never be.

Over 25 years of international executive leadership taught me how high-achieving women operate, what they need, and what they will never ask for out loud. Advanced training in birth, postpartum care, lactation, and perinatal mental health support gave me the foundation to meet them where they are. And my own journey through loss and recovery gave me something no credential can provide — the ability to sit with a woman in the hardest moment of her life and not flinch.

When I support you, I am not guessing. I am paying attention in a way that comes from having been there and done the work to move forward. I am listening for the thing underneath the thing. I am holding the full picture of your life (professionally, emotionally, physically) because I know that in this season, none of those things are separate from each other.

My work has been recognized by CNN, NBC, and national media covering maternal health, loss, and women's resilience. But the recognition that matters most to me is simpler than that. It is the woman who tells me she finally felt seen. The one who says she did not know support like this existed. The one who comes back and says she does not know how she would have made it through without this.

That is why I built Of Her Womb + Co., and that is the standard I hold myself to every single day.

If you are navigating this season and something in you recognizes that you need more than information, I want to hear from you. In me, you will gain a partner who understands both the professional stakes and the weight of what you are carrying.

You do not have to have it figured out before you reach out.

That is what I am here for.
